These terms apply to your use of sentientppm.com (the “website”), which is operated by Sentient Software Limited and Sentient PPM Limited (together, “Sentient”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these terms.

These terms cover the website only. Access to and use of the Sentient PPM software platform is governed by our customer agreements.

2. Website content

The website provides general information about Sentient and our products and services. We take care to keep it accurate and up to date, but it is not professional advice and does not form part of any offer or contract. Product features, availability and pricing are confirmed in our customer agreements and proposals.

3. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content on the website, including text, images, product screenshots, graphics and the Sentient name and logos, is owned by or licensed to Sentient.

You may view, download and print pages for your own information or internal business use. You must not copy, reproduce, modify or republish website content for any other purpose without our written permission.

Customer names and logos, and the names and logos of third-party products such as those on our Integrations page, belong to their respective owners. Showing a third-party product does not mean its owner endorses or partners with Sentient.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the website in a way that:

• breaks any law;
• interferes with or damages the website or its security;
• attempts to gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems behind it;
• sends false, misleading or spam enquiries through our contact form; or
• copies or collects content in bulk using automated tools, other than search engines and similar services that follow our robots.txt file.

The website may link to websites operated by others. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily mean that Sentient endorses the website, organisation or its content.
