Sentient Status Reporting gives you full visibility of the different parameters associated with every single project in your business. Your business will reap the rewards of consistent and effective process and reporting. With up to date status information available across all of your projects and programmes, you will be in a position to truly manage by exception. Regain confidence in your business’ ability to deliver.
- Start Reporting – When a project commences and for the remainder of its lifecycle, status reporting becomes a compulsory activity, which your project managers and team members must complete on a regular basis.
- Draft Report – At the start of the reporting period, a draft status report is automatically created by the system.
- Pre-population – The status report pulls in much of the information from other parts of the package, meaning most of the hard work is done for you.
- Release the report – When the project manager has completed the status report, they release the report. The report is then versioned and locked. The report can then be emailed or printed out directly from the system.
- Monitor Exceptions – Managers have full visibility of who is submitting status reports and when. Exception reports let them know who is regularly missing their reporting deadlines.
- Programme View – A programme summary report is automatically generated, providing an overview of all of the programme’s status. Users can drill down to an individual programme, to individual projects, and then to individual status reports to more detail.
