Escalating costs, drawn out timelines and poor benefit realization are problems that can compound to hammer your bottom line if you pick the wrong work. Choosing the projects that most benefit your business means understanding and measuring the different factors that contribute to success. You build your own unique assessment model, assess and then prioritize all of your projects, meaning your people know exactly where the business priorities lie.  

    • Build your assessment model - Define and weight the different parameters that contribute to success or failure of your projects. For example, set scores for level of Revenue earned, Likelihood of success, Risk of delays etc.
    • Assess your jobs - As each new job is identified, fill in the required info on the assessment tab. Your model will give you an overall rated score so that you can easily see just how good that project is for your business. 
    • Compare visually - Use the assessment quadrant to compare your jobs objectively, use this to drive your prioritization. 
    • Prioritize - Build multiple priority lists using the intuitive drag and drop tool. Use the auto rank feature to suggest a prioritization scenario. Publish draft lists for discussions prior to releasing finalized lists. 
    • Inform - Publish lists to intranet sites, or have lists emailed out to your people automatically.
